Nine Dragons were part of U16 National Rugby Academy Squad winning gold and silver in the Singapore Youth Olympics

The early morning showers did not prevent the 14 teams from making their way to Yio Chu Kang for the Singapore Youth Olympics Festival (SYOF) Rugby 7s tournament on 15th July 2017. The SYOF is a legacy of the inaugural Youth Olympic Games (YOG) held in Singapore in 2010. Opened to youths aged 18 and below, the SYOF aims to promote Olympic values of Friendship, Excellence and Respect. Singapore Women’s 7s athletes Peiyi and Chiew Hong were invited as Guest of Honour for this tournament. The pair will represent Singapore at the upcoming South East Asian Games on 19-20th August!
